Omerta Consulting was founded on February 2006. Our business primarily focuses on Executive Search for organisations that are either in a start-up mode or have a need of management executives due to business demand. Having worked across different industries as a HR professional, have understood, grasped and delivered at a very broad scale specific to clients/customers and candidate's business needs. Therefore the talent pool of Omerta is generic and vast. We are not focussed on a particular skill set or a specific industry type.
One of the key challenges for organisations is to identify, develop and retain outstanding individuals, who are able to deliver superior performance, both individually and as part of a team. As part of our service we are committed to track, interface/evaluate with each candidate before we recommend him/her to any organisation.
